Terms & Conditions

Promoter: CommodoreMan (Deacon Vermaak)
Trade Promotion Lottery – No Permit Required (Victoria)

  1. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

  2. How to Enter: Purchase any eligible CommodoreMan sticker product during the promotional period to receive the corresponding number of complimentary entries into the draw. No additional cost is charged for entries.

  3. Entry Limit: Maximum 1,500 entrants. Multiple purchases permitted. Each sticker purchased equals one entry.

  4. Prize: One Holden VZ SS Crewman V8, delivered to the winner’s Australian address with a valid Roadworthy Certificate or equivalent for their jurisdiction.

  5. Prize Value: Approx. $7,000 (including vehicle, delivery, and RWC).

  6. What’s Not Included: Registration fees, insurance, state-based transfer costs, or other on-road costs are the winner’s responsibility.

  7. Draw Details: Winner will be determined by random draw using a certified random number generator. The draw will be livestreamed publicly on YouTube at [date & time].

  8. Notification of Winner: Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw and announced publicly on commodoreman.com.au for at least 28 days.

  9. Prize Delivery: Prize will be delivered within 28 days of the draw date, subject to RWC completion.

  10. Refunds: No refunds will be issued except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

  11. Privacy: Entrant details will be used only for administration of the promotion and, if consented to, for marketing communications from CommodoreMan.

  12. Proceeds Use: All proceeds from eligible product sales during the promotion will go towards vehicle builds, shed equipment, filming, and content production for CommodoreMan.

  13. Acceptance: By purchasing an eligible product, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  14. Sticker Delivery Timeframe
    Please allow up to 14 business days for your sticker to be dispatched after your order is placed. This ensures we can process all entries, print, and pack stickers in bulk so they arrive safely. You’ll receive an email with tracking/dispatch confirmation once your sticker is on its way. Please be kind - its just me in the shed.
